Our newly built single-floor holiday flat has it all.  ‘Enora Garden’ is located in cosy Rojales-Quesada.  It is ideally located between the idyllic seaside resorts of Torrevieja and Guardamar Del Segura. Thanks to the salt flats and the Mediterranean Sea, this area has an extremely healthy climate with an average annual temperature of 20°.  You can enjoy all year round, whether in summer or winter! The airports Aeropuerto de Alicante-Elche and Aeropuerto de Murcia-Corvera are quite a short distance away and only 30-50 minutes by car. So after your arrival in Spain, you won’t have to wait long to relax from your holiday.

The flat is equipped for 4 people and is located in a small residence of 20 apartments The finishing of the flat is to perfection. Mediterranean on the outside and a modern Bohemian Chic Ibiza style interior. You have two spacious bedrooms, two nice practical bathrooms, a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen and a south-facing terrace, part of which is covered, and an adjoining swimming pool. You also have air conditioning and a private entrance with parking space. Luxurious features that will make you believe you are staying in a beautiful casa.

Upon arrival, you will be handed the key and given the necessary explanation to start your holiday with peace of mind. In the apartment itself you will find the necessary brochures and of course we, David and Sylvia, are always at your disposal during your stay.

In the vicinity of Enora Garden you have the seaside town of Guardamar del Segura with the most beautiful sandy beach on the Costa Blanca, the cosy Torrevieja and Elche – the city of palm trees. May it be a bit more adventurous for you, you can take the boat to the cute little island of Tabarca, visit the salt lakes or maybe go to one of the aqua parks nearby. Near the apartment you have a wide choice of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, golf course, spa centre, water and nature parks. Something for everyone!

Ciudad Quesada (1,5km): Suburb of Rojales located on a natural hill with views overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the natural park of the salt lakes of Torrevieja. You will find everything you need to enjoy a pleasant holiday and have a wide range of restaurants and all kinds of shops nearby.
Torrevieja (10km): In the south of the Costa Blanca lies the cosy town of Torrevieja. Like most towns on the Spanish coast, the city was originally a fishing village, which is very noticeable. The city has a huge marina and most restaurants serve fresh fish. Along the Playa del Cura runs Torrevieja’s promenade. It offers great shopping, many bars and clubs to go out in the evening and a weekly market where you can buy fresh fruit, fish and clothes. There are also regular music performances and the entire promenade is illuminated at night, creating a fantastic atmosphere.
Guardamar del Segura (8km): This city is still relatively unknown to tourists but is among one of the most beautiful on the Costa Blanca. This is due to the beautiful surroundings in which the city is located, the lack of high-rise buildings, the spectacular beaches, the beautiful parks and the huge medieval castle in the middle of the city.
Elche (28km): One city you really shouldn’t miss while visiting the Costa Blanca is the great Elche. This is because the city has a huge shopping centre, a beautiful old town centre and a very pleasant promenade. You will also find several historical sights and some beautiful parks full of palm trees, for which the city is famous.
Murcia (46km):  A lively tourist city, full of culture, good food and with a vibrant student and nightlife scene. Murcia stands with one leg in the past, and the other firmly in the present, and it is precisely this mix that makes it such an interesting destination.
Naturepark Las Salinas (5km): This used to be a closed area but since a while you can visit salt lakes on a special tourist train. Admire the pink-coloured water and salt mountains as high as 20m.  Really worth a visit!
Golf course or minigolf (4km): La Marquesa Golf is one of the Costa Blanc’s most historic golf courses, 18 holes including the 17th in special grass. You can play in beautiful surroundings. If you prefer something smaller, you can play on the minigolf course in Quesada.
La Zenia Boulevard (20km): For all shopping fanatics, a quick visit to La Zenia Boulevard is a must. In a way, it looks like an American shopping centre, but its typical Mediterranean charm gives it a unique touch. At the same time, it is a very cultural location in the region because of the influx of visitors from all over the world and the many events organised every weekend.
Aqua Park: The biggest nearby: Aquapolis Torrevieja (11km), Aquapark Flamingo (9km) and the closest Aquapark Rojales (2km) in Ciudad Quesada. Not the biggest but price/quality shouldn’t undercut this park.

•    we can take care of your first shopping : €25
•    Airport transfers (up to 4 people) : €50 per trip
Booking conditions:
•    Guarantee : €350, to be paid 4 weeks before beginning of rental period
•    Deposit: between 10 and 20% of the rental price depending on the rental period. To be completed within 5 working days after reservation
•    Balance: to be paid 1 month before arrival
•    Cancellation conditions are included in the rental agreement
•    Smoking inside is not allowed
